The Legal 500 Bar Awards 2026

3 Verulam Buildings is proud to have been named Commercial Litigation Set of the Year and Financial Services & Insurance Set of the Year at The Legal 500 UK Bar Awards last night.

These awards reflect two core areas of 3VB’s practice. Members have extensive experience in commercial disputes before the English courts and international tribunals, including matters involving banking and financial markets, civil fraud and cross-border disputes.

3VB also has longstanding expertise across financial services and insurance. Members act in complex contentious and regulatory financial services matters and for clients across the insurance and reinsurance markets, including in professional indemnity, D&O, credit risk, construction and other major coverage disputes.

The Legal 500 UK Bar Awards recognise excellence across the Bar in England and Wales.

The ceremony took place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and was attended by 3VB’s Ali Malek KC, Andrew Onslow KC, George McPherson, Sophia Dzwig, Stuart Pullum, Luke Carvalho, Kathryn Paterson, Petra Bailey and Florence Andrews.
