Adam Kramer QC and Alexia Knight to present LSLA seminar

Adam Kramer QC and Alexia Knight will be presenting a talk to the London Solicitors Litigation Association on ‘Bank Transfer Scams: Liability of the victim’s and fraudster’s banks for push payment fraud’ on Thursday 27th May at 6pm.

This session will investigate the state of the law on liability in authorised push payment fraud cases, including the modern state of the Quincecare duty (most recently in Phillips v Barclays) and the issue of dishonest assistance and related claims against the fraudster’s bank.
