David Quest QC to speak at CIArb’s Cryptoassets and UKJT Digital Dispute Resolution Rules webinar

David Quest QC will be speaking at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ‘Cryptoassets and UKJT Digital Dispute Resolution Rules’ webinar on Tuesday 7 December at 6pm.

This webinar will be looking at the landmark UKJT Legal Statement on Crypto assets and Smart Contracts and Digital Dispute Resolution Rules, published on 22 April 2021, which both David and Lawrence Akka QC at Twenty Essex lead authored. The virtual session will also provide an introduction to blockchain/distributed ledger technology, look at DDR Rules usage for dispute resolution and give a brief introduction to NFTs and issues arising in this space. An interactive Q&A session with participants will follow afterwards.
