SFO -v- Ikram Saleh

David Quest QC appeared successfully on behalf of the Serious Fraud Office in a 3 day hearing before Mr Justice Kerr claiming a Civil Recovery Order under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. The SFO recovered £4.4m representing corrupt inducements provided to Chad government officials as part of an oil deal with the Canadian company, Griffiths Energy.
