Sophie Nappert Appointed to CUSMA Panel

3VB are pleased to announce that associate member Sophie Nappert has been appointed as a member of the Trade Remedies Binational Panels Roster under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) for a term of ten years.

CUSMA, the successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), is a comprehensive trade agreement that sets the rules of trade and investment between Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Chapter 10 gives these countries the right to challenge disputes between one another in front of an expert panel with members from both countries involved in a dispute.
