Third Edition of Financial Markets and Exchanges Law Published

We are delighted to announce the publication of the Third Edition of “Financial Markets and Exchanges Law” (Oxford University Press). This well respected work, which is arguably the leading text book on Financial Services Infrastructure, has been edited through all three Editions by Michael Blair QC, and chapters are included in this Edition from Saima Hanif QC, on Transaction Reporting, and from Charlotte Eborall, on Credit Rating. 21 further chapters are written by the other two Editors and by expert contributors from law firms, universities and the financial industry itself.

This new Edition joins its sister volume “Financial Services Law” (also OUP), which is now in its fourth Edition. It has also been edited by Michael Blair QC since inception, along with Robert Purves, and contains chapters by Robert himself, by Philip Hinks and by Farhaz Khan.
