16th Edition of Paget’s Law of Banking published
The 16th edition of Paget’s Law of Banking, the leading banking law textbook in the UK and in many other jurisdictions, has been published today. The text has been updated to reflect the changing world in which banks operate, including adding two new chapters on Authorised Push Payment Fraud and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Ian Wilson KC and John Odgers KC are the General Editors. In addition, 21 members of 3VB (listed below) are contributing authors to this edition.
To celebrate this launch, 3VB is hosting a flagship conference on Wednesday 20th September: Banking Law in the Instant Age. More details of the conference will follow soon.
